The FAU Parliament Residence Hall project consists of a 7-story residential building for FAU freshman housing as well as a Dining Facility located on the ground level. Serving this building is a Central Energy Plant which houses (1) 300-ton chiller and (1) 150-ton chiller, (1) two-cell cooling tower, and (10) pumps designed with a constant primary-variable secondary flow system. A total of (194) fan coil units serve the individual apartments. The dorm building has (4) 100% Outside Air Handling Units on the roof serving the corridors and (3) Indoor Air Handling Units serving the ground floor common areas and dining facility. As seen in the photos, the craftsmanship displayed on this project is second to none.
